You need to mention the order number in the mail. You have to mention in the mail that the product is not following your order. We take the matter seriously and will replace the product if it is damaged or different from your order.

Note: Products bought on special offer, discount sale, and clearance sale are not exchangeable. We can do the necessary exchange and alterations only on the availability of stock.

We do the replacement of products only if

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

If the buyers feel that the order is to be cancelled, they cancel it before 24 hours of placing the order. Buyers need to send a mail for cancellation.

Once a customer places orders, our team get into the work. They start picking, processing, packaging. Hence, customers are given 24 hours to cancel the order.

Cancelling an order after 24 hours

In general, we don’t entertain the cancellation of order after 24 hours. If such a thing happens, the customer care department takes the decision and may ask customers to pay some processing fee.

Late Delivery

Our team always tries to deliver the item within the scheduled time. In case the product is not in stock or under the manufacturing process, the delivery may get delayed.

Post-Shipment return

The buyer has to follow the rules for a post-shipment return. We will not accept any return if

Non-Acceptance of Returns

We don’t accept a return of dresses unless the wrong product is delivered. Customer are requested not to ship products unless they receive a mail on confirmation of return.

Steps to follow for the return

Our team will send an acknowledgement within three working days. Once you receive the email acknowledgement from our end, dispatch the dresses with the order number and name of the parcel.
